ALORA AESTHETIC RETURN POLICY
We are committed to providing you with the highest-quality products and prioritizing the safety and satisfaction of our customers. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return policy to ensure that the highest-quality hygiene and safety standards are maintained.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Products eligible for return from a consumer must have been purchased directly through the Alora Aesthetic Store. Alora Aesthetic will issue authorization for a return of skincare products to consumers if the following criteria are met:
1. Skincare Products: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, please submit a brief description of why you are requesting a return along with your purchase order number to info@AloraAesthetic.com. To ensure the health and safety of our customers, all skincare products eligible for return must remain sealed, untouched, and in its original packaging. We do not accept returns on products that have touched your skin. Alora Aesthetic reserves the absolute right to make the determination as to whether a return is authorized.
2. Damaged or Defective Products – Products received damaged may be returned for replacement product when reported within fourteen (14) days of receipt. Have the transportation company note “damaged” or “broken” on the freight bill. Please include photos of the damage or defect along with your order number. All returns should remain in the original carton for inspection. We will assess the situation and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit.
If Alora Aesthetic determines, in its sole discretion, that any consumer is abusing Alora Aesthetic’s Return Policy, the Company may refuse any or all of the above remedies.
A Return Authorization number must be obtained prior to the return of any product. Please email your request to: info@AloraAesthetic.com for a Return Authorization number.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Exchanges
Alora Aesthetic LLC will gladly replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email. If you are requesting an exchange and the item is not defective or damaged, please email the reason why and exchanges will be reviewed and accepted (or not) on a case-by-case basis.
